Two independent witnesses bound every commitment's time without trusting our clock: (1) we publish a Merkle root over recent commitments to a disjoint third party (Bluesky), whose server clock gives an upper bound; and (2) we timestamp the same root via OpenTimestamps → Bitcoin, a decentralized floor that trusts no single party at all. Each anchor exposes a per-commit inclusion proof at /api/anchor/c/<id> and its OTS proof at /api/anchor/<id>/ots.
